These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of this website operated by Torres Tinsley, LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who we are

Torres Tinsley, LLC is a Texas company. Magali (Maggie) A. Torres-Tinsley is a licensed Texas real estate agent and developer and provides professional services in real estate development, field safety, and related work.

This website is an information and contact site. Using it does not, by itself, create a client, listing, representation, employment, or partnership relationship.

2. No professional engagement until it is in writing

Content on this site is general information. It is not:

  • A real estate listing, offering, or solicitation of a specific property

  • Legal, tax, engineering, environmental, or medical advice

  • A safety plan, audit, or certification for your site

  • A guarantee of price, timeline, occupancy, return, or outcome

Any professional relationship begins only if we both agree in a signed writing (or other agreement required by Texas law or TREC rules). Until then, do not rely on this site as advice for a deal, a jobsite, or a person’s health.

3. Real estate

Where real estate services are discussed:

  • We comply with applicable Texas law and Texas Real Estate Commission rules.

  • Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy a particular property.

  • Property information from third parties (tax records, maps, MLS, estimates) may be incomplete or out of date. Verify it independently.

  • We support equal housing opportunity. We do not discriminate on any basis protected by federal or Texas law.

If a representation agreement, listing agreement, or buyer-rep agreement is required, that document controls over this website.

4. Safety and professional credentials

Credentials, training, and experience described on this site are offered as background. They do not transfer to your project until we are engaged in writing and a scope is defined. You remain responsible for your own jobsite, employees, and compliance unless a written contract says otherwise.

5. Your use of the site

You may view and share pages for lawful, personal, or internal business use.

You may not:

  • Scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy the site

  • Attempt to break, overload, or probe the site or its host

  • Submit false, misleading, or infringing content

  • Use the site to send spam, malware, or unlawful material

  • Imply we endorse you, your project, or your company without our written consent

  • Remove trademarks, copyright notices, or proprietary marks

6. Your messages

If you send an inquiry, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to send it. Do not send confidential deal files, medical records, Social Security numbers, or payment card data through the public form.

We may keep messages as described in our Privacy Policy. Sending a message does not obligate us to respond or to take a matter.

7. Intellectual property

The site design, text, logos, photographs, and graphics are owned by Torres Tinsley, LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, or commercially reuse them without written permission, except for ordinary viewing and sharing of a page link.

“Torres Tinsley” and the site marks are identifiers of the company. Unlicensed use is not allowed.

8. Third-party sites

Links to other sites (maps, licensing boards, social profiles, tools) are for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

9. Disclaimer

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT CONTENT IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TORRES TINSLEY, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100).

These limits do not apply where Texas law does not allow them, including liability that cannot be waived.

This section applies to the website. It does not rewrite a signed professional services or real estate agreement.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and hold harmless Torres Tinsley, LLC and its owners from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the site, your content, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our own gross negligence or willful misconduct.

12. Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of how we operate this site.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction, except where a signed professional agreement specifies another forum, or where TREC or other law requires a different process.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update is acceptance of the revised Terms.
