Magali (Maggie) A. Torres-Tinsley
CEO & Founder, Torres Tinsley, LLC
Developer, Field Safety · HSE · EMT
I built my career on the ground — plants, civil jobs, trenches, and emergency scenes — before I put my name on a development company.
That is not two careers. It is one standard.
I am CEO and founder of Torres Tinsley, LLC. I am developer in the State of Texas. I bring site evaluation, deal structure, project execution, and long-term asset strategy together with more than three decades in occupational health, safety, emergency medicine, and field operations.
The work taught me the only questions that matter on a site: What is the ground? What is the risk? What has to be true before you build? Who gets hurt if we get it wrong? Those questions travel. Development is the same discipline at a different altitude — read the land, structure the deal, execute the work, protect the asset and the people on it.
I started in field medicine — emergency scenes and remote jobs — then occupational health on the plant floor. I trained crews in trench and excavation safety, served as a safety coordinator, and now work as a field safety manager. I have also served as a NC OIC S1, Corporal, medic and soldier in the Texas State Guard.
The range is real: emergency response, industrial and construction sites, medical offices and hospitals. I have built HSE platforms, implemented FEMA, OSHA, EPA, DOT, and FRA standards, managed teams, run site audits, investigated incidents, and trained crews on the job. I am bilingual — Spanish, native proficiency — and I work as a manager, instructor, train-the-trainer, and caregiver.
Credentials include SSH, SHEP, ADual CSHO. Education includes a B.A. in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Lamar University, plus Lee College and San Jacinto College.
If you are building, acquiring, or standing up a project in Texas and you want a partner who already knows the ground, the risk, and what has to be true before you build — start here.
